Dispatch

All standard orders placed where the item is in stock and being delivered to the UK will be dispatched next day via first class post. If the delivery address is outside the UK, I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days.

Postage & Packaging

Standard delivery is Royal Mail First Class and is priced at £1.00 per order. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Availability

The quantity of each item in stock is displayed next to the item.

Any large orders (consisting of 10 or more cards) which are out of stock, will not be subject to the normal delivery timescales and all such orders will be dealt with individually. I will contact you by email to discuss delivery timescales after receipt of your order. You may contact me in advance to arrange any special requirements regarding large orders.

Time scales around custom orders and invitations will be discussed on an individual basis taking into consideration the quantity required.

Goods are subject to availability and if an order is placed for an item that is out of stock I will endeavour to supply this item as soon as possible. However, if for any reason that I cannot supply any item ordered I will refund the full purchase price of that item within 7 days.

Returns and Refunds

Customers are entitled to return any items for a full refund up to one month after date of order. Any items returned must be in the condition that they were received, with all the packaging and must be accompanied by a return reference number. Returns reference numbers are available by email.

Any refund will be for the total price of items returned excluding any postage and packaging costs.
Any returns without a Returns Reference Number may not be accepted and any returns that are accepted without will only be accepted at my discretion and a lengthy delay in processing the refund may be incurred.

Any delivery discrepancies, i.e. damaged items or short deliveries, must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Failure to comply may result in a 15% administration fee being deducted from any refund.
